Interview !

Ni dok boring tunggu flight back to KL, kat JB. Have the opportunity to become interviewer for new intake for my Co. Macam-macam ragam, i'm inncharge of technical capability evaluation. Macam-macam ragam. We are looking for a very high achiever CGPA 3.5 and above. Memang competative. Dari temuduga ni dapat bezakan antara yang benar-benar grasp the technical part atau cuma kat paper sahaja. Yang peliknya ada yang baru grad, bila suruh explain on their final year project, banyak technical details yang dah lupa. Buat sendiri ke suruh orang lain ? Tapi ramai juga yang tak buat kerja rumah, they didn't do enough to find out about our Co.
