Eyeball robot

Another interesting robot, designed to inspect underground pipe for nuclear power plant. It is designed not to use rudder or propeller for underwater movement. This supposedly would avoid the ball to get stuck inside the piping. So, how's the mechanism? I leave it to your engineering creativity..

A cut-away of the robo-eyeball being developed by MIT, USA.
